Thomas Tanner (New Zealand)

Thomas Tanner (1830–1918) was a 19th century Member of Parliament in New Zealand.

He represented the Hawkes Bay electorate of Waipawa from 1887 to 1890, when he retired and William Cowper Smith was re-elected to the seat; Smith had held Waipawa till 1887 when he was elected for the new seat of Woodville (which only existed from 1887 to 1890).
